Just got back from dinner at Gato Bizco, home of the newly founded BATON Supper Club. I’m rushing to throw these up because I have to hit the hay, and it’s important I act quick as there’s only one night left of M. Wells cooking in Atlanta.
But you should go. Embarrassing for our city, there were walk-in table available. But if necessary, I’d wait for a table. Jen’s already posted on this (she was there a few hours before me, I didn’t see her there), so check her site for more details.
Oyters, coffee sabayon
Apples, cheese
trout, potatoes
foie bread pudding
beef heart tartar
beef tongue pot pie
livers and onions
bread pudding chômeur
Please go and support BATON, and check out M. Wells, whose cuisine was deliciously not like anything Atlantan.
