		<description>Soup looks good Jimmy and I had to Google diffuser plate just now too. Have you tried using foil instead of the parchment circle? I get too lazy to fold and cut parchment sometimes so I usually resort to the former and roughly cover it. I find that it works about the same when you&#039;re sweating down the vegetables.</description>
