I have to disagree with you on SCK's fried chicken though - for me, its the best fried chicken (well, maybe 2nd best to Bobby & June's) in Atlanta. I do agree with you on the whole cutting it across the breast thing, though. Love your blog! I enjoy reading other people's experiences at my favorite restaurants.
