FLIP opens this Wednesday (rumoured?). It is Richard Blais’ new burger joint, over by Georgia Tech. Here is a sampling from the menu. Looks pretty good. Hopefully since Richard’s my boy (facebook friends, what what), he will hook me up with a foie gras and wagyu burger discount. What? No?
