Cooked and ate and drank with good Friends this weekend, taking full advantage of the seasonal bounty. Field peas, corn, tomatoes, peaches, king salmon – it was basically like the cover of a July issue of Bon App up in this bitch.

I brought the peaches (from SC, better than GA) and summer corn salad.


Prosciutto wrapped grilled peaches. As seen on – normally I wrap up a basil leaf inside.


Tomato and mozz. Enough said.


Wild caught King salmon, field pea, tomato, corn salad. If you drink wine, don’t add vinegar to stuff like this when the recipe calls for it. If you must, maybe throw some verjus or saba (reduced grape must, available at Storico Fresco) for a little bite. It won’t mess up your wine.
