I stopped by Sushi Huku near the end of their service Friday night, for a quick one hour “snack”. I am still practicing with my new camera and wanted to share a few photos.
Kinme-Dai head – Alfonsino, but also sometimes referred to as golden eye snapper – which was used to prepare a fish head miso soup for me.
