Joe - your videos are hilarious and fun to watch, so if you think mine are up to par, that means a lot. 

Sean - yeah, it was overkill, but I had been wanting to make the beef stock anyways. I still have 1.5 quarts (the other 1.5 quarts went towards 4 servings of soondubu) left in the freezer...now I need to decide what to make with it!</description>
