		<description>It&#039;s far better to see a chile relleno that is a whole stuffed pepper than the classic &quot;Atlanta Tex Mex&quot; &#039;chile relleno&#039;: an inch thick ring of bell pepper with a bit of ground beef and white cheese poured into the middle.

I rather welcome our newer, bigger, better chile relleno overlords ;).
