Happy Memorial Day

It’s not a sunny one here in the ATL, but I hope everyone enjoys their Memorial Day. We went to the lake this weekend, and fired up the grill – one of the best holiday past-times if you ask me!

I’m still trying to decide what I’m going to get into today, but some sort of charred meat with wine is definitely on the schedule.

    Let’s here it for charred meat!!! Ribs are on the smoker, potato salad made, cole slaw made, beer in the tub getting frosty. To start the summer off right, we dug out the old White Mountain ice cream freezer and will be crankin’ in a while. Everyone have a good safe Memorial Day and let’s remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for freedom.
