I can shed a little light on why there was such a marked difference between the whole pie you ordered compared with the slices you usually get: they actuall make the whole pies to order. I recently noticed that they bake whole plain cheese pizzas and when you, for example, order a slice of veggie pizza, they pull a slice out from under a heat lamp, dump the toppings and extra mozzarella on top, and throw it back in the oven. So, all of the individual slices are just dressed up reheated slices of old cheese pizza. Since making this discovery, I have only ordered whole pies from any fellini's.

Thanks for the props! I'm guessing the mom PR network is at it again. Seriously though, I am loving your blog- the recent pizza quest is great, and I'm very jealous sometimes that I don't live in Atlanta!
