… Star Provisions! I went back there on Saturday and had the friendly folks there help me put together a salumi and cheese platter for a party I attended yesterday. The meats they gave me included Toscano, Finnochiona, and Hot Soppressata. They are fantastic, but the cheeses were even better in my opinion. The Abbay de Bel’ Loc, the Sao Jorge, and the “Camille” goat’s milk cheese from Spinning Spider Creamery were all fantastic, with a wide range of texture and flavor.
